Returns/Exchange Policy
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A NOTE EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR RETURN AND OUTLINING WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
For UK Mainland Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days, so customers are responsible for returning their item within this time frame. Any returns received after 14 days from purchase date, will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused, in the original packaging with labels still attached and in the same condition that it was received it in.
Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of the original order, are non-refundable. it is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the returns parcel, we cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges not received.
Once the return item is received, we will send a confirmation email that we have received the returned item and the refund will then be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card to be refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund and it’s over the 30 day period, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.
For Overseas Returns
Our returns policy is 14 days, so customers are responsible for returning their item within this time frame. Any returns received after 30 days from purchase date, will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For any returns outside UK Mainland, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. Please note also that shipping costs paid at the time of the original order, are non-refundable. We would also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held accountable for any returns/exchanges not received. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the returns parcel.
Please include within the package, a letter explaining the reason for return/exchange, including the original order number.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges for Faulty Items
We strive to ensure the highest quality is maintained at all times, however, when large orders are being produced, mistakes may occur.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. So should you feel that your item is faulty, please inform us by sending an email to customerservice@georgiandollar.co.uk including your order number and attaching a photograph of the faulty item.
If a return is required, please visit https://georgiandollar.co.uk/a/returns where you can print a return label and use our Collect+ prepaid labels.

For any faulty items, we require notification within 14 days of purchase. The 14 day time frame is applicable to faulty/damaged items only.
Please note that if we receive any exchange or refund requests for faulty items after 14 days, we will be unable to refund or exchange the item.
Please note that all items are individually checked when preparing the order for shipment, so in the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it will be at our discretion to refund / replace the item.
